As mentioned in another thread, photos from the 2004 Global RG Invitational are now online for viewing and shopping at:

In case anyone doesn't finish reading this, I'd like to let people know that, since this is the first event of the year, I'm extending the "pre-order" pricing for this event through next weekend. As long as I receive payment and your selections by the 13th (Paypal is the easiest way to insure that I get payment in time), I will get the images mailed by the 19th, which should get them to you in time for Christmas.
To take advantage of this offer, first complete the pre-order using the link on the customer home page, then make your selections by following the "Browse for photos" link.
I'd also like to take this time to highlight a few changes I've made for the new season and offer some explanation:
1) I'm no longer offering 4x6 prints. I've always preferred to work on quality rather than quantity. While 4x6 prints, with their lower prices, encourage quantity purchases, this results in more work for less compensation than I can justify to keep in business. However, this leads me to point 2:
2) 5x7 print prices have been lowered, so even if you choose not to take advantage of my pre-order package pricing (which has not changed) the cost of 5x7's will be less.
3) Digital options have changed, and here's where I hope people will pay close attention. While the price of 1 or 2 images on CD is quite expensive (since there is a base amount of labor involved in preparing an order), the price goes down significantly if you order 6 or more, and there is an intermediate price even for 3 images. So please don't be turned off when you see that it will cost $25 to add that first image to your shopping cart. For specific details, take a look here:

4) 11x14 prints have been eliminated and the price of 12x18 prints has been lowered a bit to compensate. I've found that 11x14's are the most difficult to mail, since they're just a bit too small for rolling and make for a very large flat.
I thank you all for your continued support, both on the personal and business fronts. I realize that some of these changes may not be popular, but I am trying to do what I can to stay in business and provide a quality product in a timely manner.
On another note, I still plan to move to the Chicago area early in 2005, but I also plan to be back as often as possible to photograph events in this region. Perhaps I'll end up moving back again, but at least for now, I would like to be closer to my family and in an area where the cost of living is a bit lower.
I look forward to seeing the parents and gymnasts of this region throughout the season.
Happy Holidays,
-Patrick
